Here is what we collect, why, and who we share it with. The short version: we collect only what we need to build and run your site, and we do not sell your data.

1. Who we are

KILLSWITCH is a service of LIMEN Helix LLC. This policy covers information we collect through this website and the sites and tools we build and run for you.

2. What we collect

• Contact and business details you give us through our forms, chat, or in person: name, business name, phone, email, trade, service area, and what you want built.
• Payment information when you buy a module. Card details are entered on and handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Content you send us to build your site, such as logos, photos, hours, and text.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as general location and device type, used to keep the site working.

3. How we use it

We use your information to build and run your website, set up the modules you turn on, bill you correctly, respond to you, and send you confirmations (for example when you switch a module on or off). We do not use it for anything you did not ask us to do.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the trusted services that run our product. We do not sell your information.

• Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
• Vercel for hosting the websites we build.
• Web3Forms to deliver your form and signup messages to us by email.
• Google when you turn on the get-found-on-Google module, to manage your business listing.
• Anthropic, which powers the AI chat assistant, to generate replies.

5. The AI chat

Messages you type into our chat assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. It is there to answer questions and get you started, not to collect private details.

6. Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to keep it running. We do not run invasive ad-tracking.

7. How long we keep it, and security

We keep your information for as long as we are working together and as needed to run your site, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. We take reasonable steps to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. Email us and we will help.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date.
